She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Elmer Jacobs; her children, Frank Jacobs, Michele Phibbs (Matt) and Jeff Jacobs (Michelle); her grandchildren, Nick Jacobs (Amy), Kadyn Jacobs (Amy), Josh Jacobs, Andrew Phibbs (Danielle), Jesse Phibbs and Shane Phibbs (Sabrina); and her stepgrandchildren, Brittany (Courtney), Kyle (Elisa) and Jordan (Shelby). She was also cherished by her many nieces, nephews and friends.
