He was predeceased by: his spouse Carroll Louise Krivak (Patterson); his parents, Bart Krivak and Antonia Krivak (Kraus); and his sisters, Ann Chesney and Lydia Toyne.

He is survived by: his children, Karen, Owen Stokes, Steve and Jenn Krivak; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Andrew, Hayley and Taylyn.
