He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley MacPhail; and his siblings, Harry, Betty, Edie, Irene, Edna and Barbara.
He is survived by: his children, Janet (Jean-Pierre Biver), Susan (Jean-Pierre DeBaere), Bruce (Sharon Gingell), Joanne (Andy Cooper) and David (Pascale Duguay); and his grandchildren, Ben, Nick (Sabrina), Sarah Cooper, Christian Carpenter and Vanessa Carpenter (Per Welander). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Oshawa Funeral Home (847 King St W, Oshawa, ON L1J2L4). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Chapel.
