She was predeceased by : her husband Mike Gallas. She is survived by : her grandchildren, Michael Gallas, Leigh Gallas (Matt), Aaron Gallas (late Jennifer Gallas), Tracy White (Sean), Terry Reid (Min-Hye), Robert Reid, Dan, Mallory (Adam), Blake Bremner (Lauren), Jessica Bremner (Dave), Big, Claire, Thomas, Chase, Jaxen, Cohen and River; and her siblings, Kathy Hooey (Gary), Ted O'Connor and Tom O'Connor. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Donations may be made in memory of Anne to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
