He is survived by: his spouse Marcia; his children, Jeff (Wendy), Rhonda and Nancy (Adriaan); his stepchildren, Brian (Rose), Cindy (Rob), Stuart, Gary (Lori) and Douglas (Barb); his grandchildren, Lauren, Ryan, Shannon, Ashley, Brandon and Kirsten; and his stepgrandchildren, Maxwell, Shayla, Stephen, Daniel, Meghan, Gavin, Elise and Leo. He is also survived by his extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations to a charity of choice would be appreciated.
