He is survived by: his wife Lorraine (Lainie); his siblings, Lois McEachern of Ottawa, ON and Elwood (Mary Ann) of Toronto, ON; his sons, Robert (Joyce Moore) of Iowa City, IA, Paul of Singapore and Douglas (Diane) of Belleville, ON; and his grandchildren, Georges of Ottawa, ON, Caroline D'Costa (Adrian) of Ottawa, ON, Jocelyn and Lydia.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in David's name to Hospice Quinte, the Canadian Cancer Society, or a charity of your choice.
