David Wallace Brown Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David Wallace Brown (Whitby, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 10, 2025 at the age of 97. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David Wallace Brown to pay them a last tribute.
In the vast expanse of eternity, David shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid David farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Swindell (Archie), David (Yvonne) and Kathleen Lofthouse (Peter). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the W. C. Town Funeral Chapel (110 Dundas St E, Whitby, ON L1N2H7). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Resurrection Catholic Cemetery (355 Taunton Rd E, Whitby, ON L1R3L4).
If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society to honour his late wife. Donations are being accepted for: ALZHEIMER SOCIETY OF CANADA - SOCIETE ALZHEIMER DU CANADA.
