Derk Jan Berentschot Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Derk Jan Berentschot (Whitby, Ontario), who passed away on May 12, 2026 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sister-in-law Mary; Henk and Anneke. He is survived by: his wife Johanna; his sons, Brian and Eric (Carol); his grandchildren, Alicia, Joshua (Mikaela) and Mollie; his brother Bill; and his siblings-in-law, Anne and Peter. He is also survived by nephews, family and friends.
