She was predeceased by: her parents, Alphonsus Travers and Catherine Russell Mulholland (Kathleen); her husband Murray of Patrick's Catholic Cathedral; and her siblings, Kevin, Jerome Travers and Sheila Malcolmson (Travers).
She is survived by: her children, Stephen (Joan Coleman), Susan (Joe Giasson), Donna Deeth and Douglas (Carol Coleman); and her grandchildren, Laura, Richard, Brian, Samantha, Monika, Ben, Carly, Shannon, Matthew, Shawn and Jacob. She is also survived by 13 great grand children.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Ajax Pickering Lakeridge Health Hospital Foundation in honour of Doris's lifelong dedication to nursing and compassionate care.
