Pereira, Dustin With profound sadness and unbearable grief we announce the sudden passing of Dustin, while in Calgary on Monday April 2nd at the young age of 28. Dustin will be forever missed by his loving family including his Dad Chris and wife Laura, his brother Bradley, Alysha and Michael, his step mother Cindy, his mother Jeanette and sister Stephanie, Grandparents Theresa (late Ignatius) and Peter, uncles, aunts and cousins, girlfriend Rosie and her daughter Emma, as well as many extended family and friends.
Visitation at Barnes Memorial Funeral Home, 5295 Thickson Rd. N. Whitby on Sunday April 8th from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. Funeral Service as well as a Celebration of Life for Dustin will be held in the Barnes Chapel Monday morning April 9th at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to Pinewood Client Care via (Lakeridge Health Foundation) or Renascent (Paul J Sullivan Centre) would be appreciated.
