It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Goldy Carter (Whitby, Ontario), who passed away on September 29, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Lois; his children, Dale and Susan; and his stepdaughters, Joanne and Susan.
