He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertram Charles Sweatman and Estelle Norah Wilson; and his brother Charles George Sweatman. He is survived by: his wife Jane; his children, Ken (Margaret), Joyce (Rob), David (Yvonne), Jim (Diana) and Heather (Matt); his grandchildren, James (Martha), Heather (Mike), Caroline, Aidan (Hannah), Christina (Josh), Alex, Hilary, Beth, Michael, Gillian, Kevin, Emma, Tyler, David and Samantha; his great grandchild Wesley; his stepchildren, Jason (Kelly) and Alyson (Doug); and his stepgrandchildren, Karlyn, Jack and Jessica.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Town Hall (3800 Brock St N, Whitby, ON L1R3A5).
