He was predeceased by: his spouse Vasiliki Wachtel. He is survived by: his sons, Michael (Claudia) of Whitby and Eric (Anne) of Toronto; his grandchildren, Ethan and Riley; and his siblings, Rudy, Rainer and Brigitte.
In memory of Hans, memorial donations to the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated by the family.
