He was predeceased by: his brothers, Lou (Ann) and Hank (Betty). He is survived by: his spouse Trixie (Haringa-Semplonius); his children, Fred (Dorothy), Frank (Michelle) and Linda Sinclair (David); his grandchildren, Chrissy (Chuck), Samantha (Tim) and Josh; his great grandchild Benji; his grandchildren, Kailee, McKenzie, Max, Nathan, Leah, Madeline, Danny, Ashley, Jordan and Katherine; and his brother Hans (Lil). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
