She was predeceased by: her husband William Ayres (Bill); her siblings, Doug and Ruth; and her daughter-in-law Louise. She is survived by: her children, Catherine Gowland (Gary) of Waterloo and William R. Ayres (Sharon) of Cornwall; her grandchildren, Alan (Laura), Tuula, Matthew, Kenneth and Sarah (Aaron); and her great grandchildren, Lauren, Rachel, Hannah, Abigayle and Leah. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
In memory of Helen and in lieu of flowers memorial donations to Lakeridge Health (Cancer Care) or SickKids Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
