It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Eileen Collins (Whitby, Ontario), who passed away on April 2, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Robert; and her siblings, Jean Ward and Hazel Ashby. She is survived by: her children, Heather, Carol Ann Phillips (Ron), Rob and David (Debbie); and her grandchild Michael Phillips.
