She was predeceased by: her sibling John; and her siblings-in-law, Riet and Tony. She is survived by: her children, Robert Leach of Gatineau and Brenda Leach (Steven) of Whitby; her siblings, Kees (Liz), Riet (late Frank), Wilhelmina (late John), Peter (Pat), Theresa, Nella (Ed) and Lyz (John); and her siblings-in-law, Jack (Julia), Cor, Ann (late Hank), Joe (late Margaret), Cathy (Pete), Nell (Gerry), Paul (Rita), Ronnie (Larry), John (Jane), Frank (Paula), Margaret (George) and Jerry (Carla).
In Jacoba's memory memorial donations to Grandview Children's Center, Oshawa would be appreciated.
