A Celebration of Life Reception will take place on Sunday April 12th at Barnes Memorial Funeral Home, 5295 Thickson Road N, Whitby, ON. Friends and family are invited to attend any time between 2:00 and 4:00 p.m.

It is with heavy hearts the family of Jorie Jean Carty announces her sudden passing on Monday March 30, 2026 at Lakeridge Health Hospital in Oshawa Ontario.
Jorie was born on December 20, 1994 and although her life was taken much too soon she was loved by all who knew her.
