He was predeceased by: his spouse Catherine. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Steele (Archie Lemoine) of Oshawa, Gordon Mason of Toronto and Karen Turner; and his grandchildren, Melody, Jesse, Justin, Haley, James and Stephanie.
Visitation and Service will be held at BARNES MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME , 5295 Thickson Rd. N. Whitby on Saturday July 7th, from 10:00 a.m. until time of Memorial Service in the Barnes Chapel Saturday at 11:00 a.m. . In memory of Jack, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Lakeridge Health Foundation.
