With heavy hearts, we announce the death of June Duffy-Smith (Whitby, Ontario), who passed away on September 7, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, June shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid June farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her former husband Owen Agustus Duffy; and her children, Peter Duffy (Mary) and Caroline Giannone (John). She is survived by: her children, Owen Duffy (Vivian), June Hutchinson (late Dave), Michael Duffy (Dee) and Sean Duffy. She is also survived by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
