Kenneth Rayner Obituary
Passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of his family on May 18th 2026 at the age of 77.
Beloved husband of Roberta (Bobbie) LeMoine. Loving father of Darryl Rayner (Tara), Jason Rayner and his wife Jen, David Rayner and his wife April. Loving Stepfather to Archie LeMoine, and Tracy LeMoine (Ro). Survived by his brother Bob Rayner and his wife Sharon.
Cherished grandpa of Ashley, Bailey, Isabelle, Dylan, Alyssa, Parker, Jessica, Katie, Courtney, and Dakota and great grandpa of Emilia, Kyrie, Ezekiel, Mark, Marcel, Micah and Alijah.
Lovingly remembered by his nieces Kristen (Brendon) & Julie, as well as the LeMoine family Clara and David, Marion and Kevin, Jackie and Sam Waldner.
Ken loved sports and rarely missed the opportunity to cheer on his favourite teams, whether it was watching the Leafs battle on the ice or the Jays knock one out of the park. He especially enjoyed sharing the excitement of the game with family and friends.
Ken was also an avid golfer who looked forward to his early morning tee times with friends and spent many enjoyable weekends out on the course playing 18 holes.
Ken was also a proud member of the Fellowship Lodge, where he served as a Master Mason during his years of membership. Later in life, Ken joined the Salvation Army, where he volunteered and remained dedicated to helping others.
Ken retired from Siemens after a career as a salesman, where he was known for his commitment, professionalism, and dependable nature. .
Ken will be remembered for his love of family, his passion for sports, and the many friendships he cherished throughout his life. He will be deeply missed and remembered by all who knew him.
Visitation will be held at Barnes Memorial Funeral Home 5295 Thickson Rd. N. Whitby on Saturday May 30th from 10-12, followed by a celebration of life honouring Ken's life in the Barnes Chapel at 12:00.
Ken will be laid to rest at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery in Whitby.
