It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marion Strong (Whitby, Ontario), who passed away on December 23, 2025, at the age of 106, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Archibald Simmons and Lillian Simmons of Harry's Harbour; her children, Larry (late Claire), Roger and Elaine (Gerry Point); and her grandson David.
She is survived by: her children, Lloyd (Patricia), Kay Stuparyk (Pat), Keith (Karen), Donald (Brenda) and Elizabeth Rowe (Rick); her siblings, Pearl Knight and Carl Simmons (Madonna); her sisters-in-law, Winifred Strong, Maria Strong and Eva Simmons; and her grandchildren, Kathy, Brian, Kim, Natalie, Travis Strong, Rodney, Aran, Angela Stuparyk, Laura, Greg, Mathew, Marcia Strong, April, Ryan Point, Derek, Andrew, Kelly Strong, Tyler and Daniel Rowe. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donations may be made to the Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto in Marion's name.
