He is survived by: his wife Nicole Johansen; his son Griffin Green; his brother Mike Green (Andie); his siblings-in-law, Ryan Johansen (Tamara) and Rachel Plowman (Dan); his nieces, Katelyn Green, Jazmin Green, Olivia, Violet and Ivy Plowman; his father Brian Green; and also, Tom Johansen (Mary) and Penny Johansen (Chad).
