“Ted was such an amazing person. We had many many conversations at all the rinks especially the former Art Thompson, about hockey the kids and life. He supported my business and was so passionate about the boys hockey development. I will always remember his great laugh and stories. He will be deeply missed by all. Dawn Johnson wrote a sympathy message

“Oh, how sad. I moved away so haven’t seen Teddy in a long time. One memory I have is Teddy offering to drive me home at the end of my shift at Don Beer arena (he did a few times - nice guy). He would go up Altona, past Finch and the railroad tracks, then turn into the fields and drive as the crow flies to our house on the far end of Cherrywood Avenue. The first time scared me so much, but I laughed so hard too. I’ve told that story probably 100 times or more! I’m so sorry for your loss.”
