He was predeceased by: his grandson David. He is survived by: his spouse Klaaske (Kathy); his children, Henry (Linda), Ingrid (Ted), Arlene (Neil) and Evelyn (Rob); and his grandchildren, Emily (Chris), Brittany (Steve), Joshua (Ashton), Kathleen (Dan), Nathan (Madeleine), Matthew, William, Mackenzie (Channing) and Laura (Lucas). He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
