Tonia Hunter Obituary

We bid farewell to Tonia Hunter (Whitedog, Ontario), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 24, 2025 at the age of 51. Tonia touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, William Cameron, Olive Cameron, Bill Fraser Duck and Agnes Fraser-Duck; her father Johnny Fraser-Henry; her siblings, William Charles (Reuban) and Juliette; her aunts and uncles, Gilbert Hunter, Adolphus Cameron, Billy Henry, Barney Henry, Tommy Henry, Jessie Jamieson, Florence Hunter, Yolanda Rose Hunter, Bonnie Peters, Doreen Hunter, Marie, Dorthy Henry and Tina Henry; and her close friend Chad McDonald.

She is survived by: her children, Brandi Amber and Brendan; her granddaughter Cedar; her siblings, Tereance (Pinocchio), Patrick Kent and Allison Ritch; her aunts and uncles, Gloria (Gus), Angela, Cindy, Annette, Caroline (Roger), Edith (Ivan), Danny, Mauricio Sr. and Albert Buttons (Karyn); and also Margaret.

A wake will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Wcwa Building. A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at the same location.
