He was predeceased by: his wife Laura Hill; his parents, Edna Hill and Helmuth Conrad Hill; his stepsons, Danny Porter (Michelle), Barry Porter and Randy Porter; and his siblings, Roger Hill and Catherine Walker (George).
He is survived by: his granddaughter Dawn Sadler; his brother Doug Hill (Wanda); and his nieces and nephews, Trevor, Chris and Darren. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the George Funeral Home (430 Mary St, Wiarton, ON N0H2T0). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
