With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mildred Bondy (Wikwemikong, Ontario), who passed away on May 6, 2026 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominic Pitawanakwat and Sarah Pitawanakwat; and her siblings, Isaac (Dorothy), Victor, Theodore (Tina), Elizabeth Shaw (Hank) and Marina Kaboni (Robert).
She is survived by: her children, Julie, Steven and Tammy (Mojo); her grandchildren, Saige, Chloe, Morgin, Merrick, Ronin, Treesa and Akira; her siblings, Alphonse, Gilbert (Gloria), Henry (Brianna), Elaine Janes (Ron), Evelyn Wemigwans (Willie) and Beverly Mandamin; and her godchildren, Robbie Kaboni, Brianna Olson, Lynne Kitchikake, Patrina Pitawanakwat and Eric Mandamin. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 at 12:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Monday, May 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Cross Mission Church (2525 Wikwemikong Way, Wikwemikong, ON P0P2J0).
