He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Toulouse and Rose Toulouse. He is survived by: his close friend Bernadine Francis; his children, Aileen, Harmony, Clara (Jamie) and Rick; his grandchildren, Shaylene, Nolan, Allaura, Noodin, Wiingush, Waabanookwe, Morley, Mirabell, Stella, Elodie and Darcy; his siblings, Kenneth, Richard, Lawrence, Ronald, John, Isadore (Cecile), Georgina, Gerald, Anita (Tim), Jeffery and Rosetta; and his pets, Kitty Cat and Speedy Petey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers cash donations can be accepted for the Shkakamik Kwe Genwemaajig (The Prairie Point Marsh) his favourite work project.
