He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leonard Flamand and Stella Flamand; his siblings, David (late Kim), Diane, Mark, Betty, Julie, Rosemary, Bruce and Clara; his son Dustin Wemigwans (Joey Wemigwans); and his nephews, Jason and David. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and friends.
A wake was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Ignatius Church. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Cross Mission Church (Wikwemikong Upper Cemetery) (2525 Wikwemikong Way, Wikwemikong, ON P0P2J0).
