He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Hill and Doris Hill; and his son Jason Hill. He is survived by: his child Whitney Hill (Jamie Roderick) of Iroquois; his grandson Michael; his siblings, Lynn Gilmour of Dixons Corners and Shaler Hill (Cindy) of Morrisburg; and his nieces, Janice Froats (Adam) of Dixons Corners and Tammy Gilmour (Brent Barker) of Prescott.
