He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Kennedy and Margaret Kennedy; and his sister Ethel McNeil. He is survived by: his spouse Jean Kennedy; his children, Tracy Kennedy of Winchester and Jennifer Kennedy (Chris Casselman) of Pidgeon Island; and his siblings, Catherine Fraser of Dalkeith and Billy Kennedy (Germaine) of Cornwall. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Donations to the O.S.P.C.A. or the Rich Little Nursery (NICU) at the Ottawa Civic Hospital would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
