Ricky Markell Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ricky Markell of Williamsburg, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 13, 2025 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Markell and Dorothy Markell (Keeler); his siblings, Marguerite, Zeta Baker (Allan), Lloyd Markell (Jean) and Roger Markell; and his grandsons, Liam and Dominic.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Markell; his daughter Marsha Janssen (Theo) of Pidgeon Island; his grandsons, Jordan (Destiny) and Jayden; his great grandchild Madelyn; his siblings, Willis Markell (Doreen) of Iroquois, Teddy Markell (late Margo) of Dundela, Nancy Jollota (Victor) of Dundela, Teresa Sargent (late Robert) of Prescott and Arlene Lemaire (late Chuck) of Ottawa; and his sibling-in-law Fay Markell of Dundela. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
