He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Moran and Mary Moran; his sisters, Lorena Batterman and Camilla Silverthorn (Donna Moran); and his brothers-in-law, Seamus Fay and Frank Beirnes.

He is survived by : his girlfriend Brenda Cook; his children, Krista McCormick (Jeff) of Markdale, Brad Moran (Susan) of Holland Centre and Jayme Moran (Jenn West) of Owen Sound; his stepchildren, Lori Beyer (James) of Owen Sound, Brad Cook (Alicia) of Tara, Sharrie Sinclair of Saskatchewan, Tammy Klages (Kevin) of Desboro and Steve Cook (Christine Walker) of Tara; his grandchildren, Carley, Eastlind, Trenten, Jessica, Morgan, Jakob, Marissa, McKenna, Carter, Noah, Edyn, Ronan, Jude, Tyler, Jena, Hanna, Emma, Cassidy, Logan, Colton, Mavis-Leigh, Austin, Cody and Amelia; his great grandchild Blair; his siblings, Catherine Fay, Helen Marie Beirnes, Patricia Scott (Bill), John Moran (Brenda) and Jerome Moran; and his brother-in-law Wayne Batterman. He is also survived by his many in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews, friends.
