He was predeceased by: his parents, Panayote Simitzis and Maria Simitzis; and his sister Alexandra Stathopoulos. He is survived by: his spouse Lenia; his children, Maria and Chris; his grandchild Alecko; his brother-in-law Danny Stathopoulos; and his nieces and nephews, Chris and Peter. He is also survived by his extended family and many friends.
