He was predeceased by : his parents, Stanley and Anita; and his sister Susan Terelly. He is survived by : his spouse Connie Hall; his children, Jordan Middlebrook (Allison) of Keswick, Katrina West (Page) of Keswick and Grace Lubinsky (Tyler) of Sutton; his grandchildren, Lily, Ranger, Everley, Jaxson and Xavier; and his niece Amber Tiveron.
