She was predeceased by: her husband Bob Dawson; her grandson Jared; her parents, Carrie Guy (Baker) and Lorne Guy; and her siblings, Mary Render (Jack), Don Guy (Reta), Robert Guy and Patti Allison.

She is survived by: her children, Glenn (Denene) of Cadmus, Andy (Debbie) of Boucks Hill and Jennifer Row (Chris) of Oshawa; her grandchildren, Nancy, Jonas, Spencer, Theresa, Tammy and Wendy; her great grandchildren, Dawson, Lincoln, Madeleine, Kaylee, Darcy, Connor and Colton; and her sister-in-law Betty Guy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
