She was predeceased by: her husband Murray Holmes; and her siblings, Marjorie Munro, Muriel Merkley, Malcolm Gray, Lois Dillabough, Edna Barkley and Robert Gray.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Holmes, Nancy Fawcett (late Roger), David Holmes (Karen), Thomas Holmes (Nancy Ace), Mary Jane Larose (Terry), Jo-Anne Grisel (Ricky), Vicki Holmes and Clarence Holmes (Kelly); her grandchildren, Carrie, Christie, Julie Fawcett, Mindy, Tiffany (Colman), Matthew Holmes (Jessica), Alyson Pinto (Jeff), Courtney Larose, Nathan, Evan Grisel (Robin), Murray and Minnie Holmes; and her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Ryan, Gwen, Theo, Dane and Declan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, September 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion (167 Queen St, Chesterville, ON K0C1H0).
