She was predeceased by: her spouse Clare McRae; her parents, Jacob Smirle and Alice Smirle; her grandson Collin McRae; and her sister Vera Boothe (Stan).
She is survived by: her son Scott McRae (Allison Risebrough) of Richmond; her grandchildren, Jake and Melanie; her siblings-in-law, Bert Reveler of Ottawa and Eldon York of Chesterville; and her brothers, Wilson (Barb) and Eldon Smirle. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
