We announce the death of Scott Allan Beckstead of Winchester, Ontario, who passed away on June 17, 2026, at the age of 69. Scott will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Scott will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Scott’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwane Beckstead and Jean Beckstead; and his brother Garry Beckstead. He is survived by: his girlfriend Karen A. Holmes; his daughters, Leah and Hannah Beckstead; his siblings, Steve Beckstead (Julie) and Carol Tremblay; and his brother-in-law William Holmes. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
By family request donations in Memory of Scott may be made to the Winchester Hospital (especially complex care and palliative care unit).
