It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tracy Abigail Billings of Winchester, Ontario, who passed away on July 21, 2025, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry "Hank" Billings and Dorothy Billings; her brother Roger; and her close friend Ray Wheeler. She is survived by: her children, Ashley Wheeler and Crystal Harris; her siblings, Glenn, Doris, Ron and Brent; her grandchildren, Jassy (Damien), Raivyn, Tyson and Marty; and her great grandchildren, Easton, Everest and Zendaya. She is also survived by many siblings-in-law, nieces, nephews and friends.
