He is survived by: his wife Helen; his children, Clifford Owen, Donna Horn, Norma Colenutt (George) and Thomas Owen; his siblings, Mary Harper (Karl) and John Owen (Maggie); and his siblings-in-law, Kenneth Dickie, Donald Dickie, Janice Dickie and Joan Cummings. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
