She was predeceased by: her parents, Giuseppe Veneruz and Albina Veneruz; her husband Alfio Sorgi; and her sibling Antigo (Mirialisa). She is survived by: her grandsons, Lucas and Alex Corazza; her siblings, Bruna Santin (late Bruno), Nerina and Dino Armelin; and her family, Gianni, Gemma, Bruna, Shannen, Alessia and Jessica. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
To honor her memory and the values she held dear, donations may be made to F.J. Brennan High School in care of the Alida Sorgi Memorial Bursary.
