He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin O'Keefe and Rose-Alma O'Keefe; and his siblings, Emile and Elaine Kolasa (Stefan). He is survived by: his brother Duane; his nephew Stanley Kolasa (Tina); and his great-nephew Nicholas Kolasa.
