Anne Bennett Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Anne Bennett (Windsor, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 19, 2025 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Frederick Bennett. She is survived by: her daughter Marilyn Lee (Norman); her stepson Tom Bennett (Laura); her grandchildren, Sandra McGinniss (Vincent) and Trevor Lee (Marianne); and her great grandchildren, Ava, Tyler, Adalyn Lee, Vanessa and Liam McGinniss.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Windsor Chapel South Chapel (3048 Dougall Ave, Windsor, ON N9E1S4). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Victoria Memorial Gardens (1185 ON-3, Oldcastle, ON N0R1L0).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation (https://www.heartandstroke.ca) or Jack Miner's Bird Sanctuary in Anne's memory.
