With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Annette (Zavitz) Chapple (Windsor, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 28, 2026 at the age of 58. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Annette leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Annette may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Nicole Chapple (Josh Adams) and Will Chapple (Dillon Hemphill); her parents, Judy Zavitz and Larry Zavitz; and her sibling Laurie Zavitz (James Marsh). She was also cherished by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 4th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Our Lady of Atonement Church (1065 Lauzon Rd, Windsor, ON N8S3M8).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Annette's memory to the MS Society of Canada or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
