He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincenzo Gugliotta and Maria Gugliotta; his parent-in-law Antonio; and his siblings-in-law, Rosa Ciampa, Domenico Ciampa (Chiarina) and Maria Ciampa.

He is survived by: his spouse Connie "Rosa"; his child Marina Schembri; his grandfather Selena; his siblings-in-law, Luigi Ciampa (Anna), Inessa Lepera (late Salvatore), Mafalda Greco (late Vincenzo), Michele Ciampa (Alba) and Olga Spagnuolo (Ignazio); and his aunt Teresa Covassi. He is also survived by uncles in Toronto and Italy, nieces, nephews and cousins.

In memory of Tony, memorial donations may be made to the Windsor Essex County Cancer Centre Foundation or to the Kidney Foundation.
