It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Antonio Simiele (Windsor, Ontario), who passed away on August 24, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Antonio Simiele to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his wife Cristina; and his parents, Giovanni Simiele and Vittoria Simiele. He is survived by: his children, Pierina (Alberto), Angela Ciolli (Frank) and Vittoria Simiele (Bill Khatib); his grandchildren, Rita Gidillini (Robert), John Ciolli, Michael Khatib, David Khatib, Tomasso Corvo, Onorina Corvo (Massimo) and Angelo Corvo; and his great grandchildren, Deanna Gidillini, Daniel Gidillini and Greta Osso. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, friends.
Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Road E, 519-253-7234, on Thursday, August 27, 2020, from 2-4 p. m. and 6-8 p. m. Funeral mass at Our Lady of Atonement, 2940 Forest Glade Dr., Windsor, on Friday, August 28, 2020 at 10:30 a. m. Due to COVID-19, reservations are required to attend the funeral mass at the church.
In lieu of flowers, donations directed to Windsor Regional Cancer Center in Antonio's name at, 1995 Lens Avenue, Windsor, Ontario N8W 1L9.
