He was predeceased by: his parents, Biagio and Caterina (Nee Tedesco). He is survived by: his wife Teresa (Nee Congi); his children, Bill Spadafora (Margaret), Cathy Pecarski (Milan), Vicky Oliverio (Pete), Maria Galifi (Gasper) and Antonio Spadafora (Rose); his grandchildren, Anthony Spadafora, Sanya Pecarski, Melissa Spadafora (Scott Sheppard), Alex Pecarski, Allisa Oliverio (Michael Popel), Julianna Galifi, Gianfranco Oliverio, Marco Galifi and Antonio Franco Spadafora; and his siblings, Pasqual, Francesco, Teresa, Giovanni, Maria and Guiseppe. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
