She was predeceased by: her mother Betty. She is survived by: her father Orville Smith; her children, Justin (Lawanda), Kristy (Tim) and Jeff; her brothers, Bruce and Mark Smith; her nephews, Douglas (Paul) and Mitchell; and her grandchildren, Ocean and Chloe.
